Troubleshooting Common Check Out Errors
We've been receiving some communication that individuals are having a difficult time choosing shipping at checkout. Should this issue arise, please do the following:
1) Click "Contact Information" underneath the email field at checkout OR start the checkout process over again. Make sure you click Deliver or Ship to My Address on the second step of the check out process, right after entering your email address.
2) Choose "Deliver or Ship to My Address" as shown in the above screenshot
We do have phone support at 424.307.1338 Monday - Friday, 10:30AM - 7:00PM PDT. We are happy to support you by taking your order over the phone should any issues arise.
We wanted to provide some clarity and assistance with Fedex's shipping and tracking. To ensure your package gets to you as safely as possible, we encourage our clients to sign up for Fedex Tracking and/or Delivery Manager. Additionally, you may opt for the Hold at Location delivery option after you have signed up for Fedex tracking, allowing you the choice to hold your package for up to 7 days at any Fedex office or partner company.
Shipping to a Post Office Box
When shipping to a P. O Box please provide the street address for the PO Box or post office itself and enter the unit number which is the same as your PO Box number.
